Hypnotherapy is completely safe and is a natural state of mind. During a hypnotic trance you will feel very relaxed and also in complete control.  


Hypnotherapy is the healing which takes place during the hypnotic trance, by receiving direct and indirect positive suggestions and by visualising yourself as a healthier, happier and more confident person.  


The first part of a session usually consists of identifying the client's "problem" situation and establishing how they would prefer to be. The main focus of my work is always on the solution, rather than the problem; only then can we progress through the various stages of trance - often becoming deeper over time, allowing for gentle and powerful suggestions to be accepted by both the conscious and unconscious minds.
